Industrial Chiller
Repair Service
Summit Process Cooling offers a range of industrial chiller solutions with
capacities ranging from 1kw upwards which use eco-friendly refrigerants, provide
low energy use and carry minimal footprints. All are factory tested for quick
and easy installation. We also offer an expert repair service for all industrial
chillers. Our team of engineers or on hand to help with emergency repairs and
scheduled maintenance.
Air Blast Coolers
Otherwise known as fin fan coolers or dry air coolers the range of air blast
coolers from Summit Process Cooling are all designed to provide energy saving
use and utilise sealed water cooling systems significantly reducing maintenance
costs.
Adiabatic
Coolers
The Adiabatic Coolers from Summit Process Cooling provide a cost effective
alternative to Cooling Towers for sealed system cooling, reducing running costs,
water usage, chemical water treatment, chlorination and the stringent
maintenance procedures normally associated with cooling towers.

I would just like to feedback on the service we have received on the installation of our loan chillers plus telephone support received today. The engineer involved in both installations and the telephone support was Stuart Nesbit. I can only applaud his engineering installation skills and exceptional telephone support today that allowed us to overcome an issue we had we commenced a tool change. He’s been superb with his support, guidance, and advice both when on site, and over the phone when he’s elsewhere in the UK. Your installer Stuart Nesbitt has done a fantastic job with a very professional service, and the chiller is working perfectly. Recently purchased a chiller from yourselves to get us out of a sticky situation following a breakdown on our old machine. All staff we dealt with during the process were brilliant, very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to all queries. In particular a special mention for Stuart (Service engineer), who guided us through some troubleshooting to get the new machine working at our end via a video call. Maintaining our mould temperature of 8°C has been an impossible task using our current set up. Summit installed a Frigel duel zone Microgel combined unit, we now maintain a perfect 8°C mould temperature with a reduced our cycle time by 20%.

We were having problems with contaminants in our system which were bypassing our previous filtration system and clogging up our heat exchanger, which was causing an inefficient cooling system, excessive maintenance and downtime. We discussed a magnetic filtration solution, Summit [Process Cooling] did all the calculations and assured us this set up would work well in our system. The communication was good throughout, the install went smoothly and all problems resolved. I would happily recommend Summit Systems for any process cooling needs and will continue to use them moving forward.
