RFI/EMC Filter Windows
Slater Plastics designs and manufactures RFI/EMC Filter windows for electronic display applications and can be made in allyl carbonate, polycarbonate glass and acrylic to offer a high level of shielding from both externally and internally generated electromagnetic emissions.
Our Filter Windows can also be produced to encompass various other optical and mechanical characteristics depending on your specific requirements.
Cast ADC Filter Windows
We manufacture high quality cast ADC sheet material made from ADC monomer in thicknesses varying from 1mm to 6mm all of which can be made in house to meet our customers requirements.
This sheet is then used to manufacture our optical filters which can be RFI/EMC shielded windows, standard clear filters, tinted or contrast enhancements for fascia panels.
Laminated windows are widely used in applications where severe impact resistance and fire retardant properties are required.
Slater Plastics can manufacture these windows by laminating these materials together by bonding substrates under heat and pressure to remove any air gaps that may be present between the layers.
This is a bespoke service so whatever your requirements for laminated windows we can deliver.
