What We Do At MS Laser

Our comprehensive range of services go beyond laser cutting, we are also able to offer guillotining, press braking, welding, spin forming, metal finishing and engraving... MS Laser Services aim to be your one-stop solution for metal fabrication.

Sheet Metal Laser Cutting Service
Our metal fabrication facility is equipped with an advanced compact 3kW LX3015 fibre laser machine that delivers clean and precise cuts on a wide range of metals, these include stainless steel, copper, brass, zinc and aluminium.

The LX3015 fibre laser cutting machine has a bed size of 3m x 1.5m, this allows us to cut sheet metal for projects of all sizes, from large scale industrial components to intricate patterns.

Guillotine Sheet Metal Cutting
When just simple cuts are required, our 3 NC sheet metal guillotines (2m, 2.5m and 3m) can quickly cut sheet metal to your specifications. Compared to laser cutting, guillotining is more economical, we can cut sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 6mm.

CNC Machining and Engraving
We can process brass, aluminium, zinc, copper, pewter, dibond, plastic and timber sheets up to 3m x 1.5m on our CNC flatbed engraving and routing machine. As an example we can produce brass aluminium signage and copper letters up to 2.4m x 1.2m (8ft x 4ft).

Press Braking
MS Laser Services have high spec Amada press brakes for in house press braking. Our Amada press brakes have capacities of up to 3m x 100 tonnes.

Spin Forming
We can produce a range of products like brass, zinc and copper sinks, bowls and table tops up to 1000mm diameter thanks to our 2 metal spinning lathes.

Welding
When welding is required our specialist welding department are on hand to help, kitted out with TIG and MIG welding plants, we can weld copper, brass, stainless steel and aluminium.

Metal Finishing
For metal finishing, MS Laser Services specialise in patina application to Corten steel, brass, copper and zinc. We offer a range of finishes for sheet metal including rusted patina, aged, antique and industrial. We also have a dedicated paint booth for the application of clear lacquers.
