    A highly insulated structure lies at the core of our GRP composite doors. Comprising of reinforced timber, composite materials and high-density foam, the insulated structure contributes to the impressive thermal efficiency of our composite doors.

    The GRP skin offers a range of finishes like realistic woodgrain, for a classic timber-like finish, as well as enhancing the doors durability. All of our GRP composite doors are highly resistant to fading, cracking and warping, they offer an extremely long lifespan with minimal maintenance.

    Solid Composite Doors


    BPO’s solid composite door range offers style and strength, each solid door is manufactured using no less than 16 layers of Kerto®. Kerto® is a high-quality laminated timber that we carefully source from managed forests. For added strength we ensure the wood grain runs in different directions, this is important as it offers unrivalled rigidity.

    Solid composite doors offer unmatched strength, they are the perfect option when looking for outstanding security combined with stunning looks. Finished with a PVCu skin of your choice, with options ranging from wood grain to plain.

    As standard our complete range of solid composite doors come with a stunning sculpted frame, Chamfered frames are also available upon request.

    Door Security


    All of our doors come with a 70mm PVCu reinforced outer frame. Security is built into our doors with Secured by Design multi-point locking systems, trojan hinges and double glazing that meets EN1279 insulation standards.
