We have used Steve and the guys at Rapid on a few occasions this year. Usually with me frantically trying to sort an issue that doesn't result in a loss of production. Steve has dropped everything to get to site and begin working on the issue and get us operational again. I cannot recommend himself or this company any higher if I tried, to the point he was my first port of call last week with something we were struggling with.

Steve is a great guy! I needed a water chiller in a hurry and Steve made the whole experience easy. An almost brand new 400kW chiller delivered in less than a day! Installed and working only 2 hours later! Highly recommend Rapid for cold water chillers.

My chiller went down at approx 2pm I tried to fix it without success, phoned Rapid at 5pm and they were here by 7pm with a solution. The following day we were back up and running, massive thanks to the team!
