The two engineers that attended site were very helpful in keeping us informed at every stage of the repair. On call engineer very helpful in fitting the modified isolator. Comment from our engineer " Very good / helpful " in modifying the isolator to suit our panel. Engineer happy to call back the next day to check out possible fault with the drive, on investigation drive all ok. Fault traced to pneumatic valve. Overall would not hesitate to use Quantum Controls in the future
