For employers we offer a range of intensive and flexible training programs in the form of Skills Bootcamps, Bootcamps and Apprenticeships that allow the individual to gain specific practical skills and knowledge whilst learning in a real working environment. This not only sets them up with a strong foundation but helps fast track them to an interview with a local employer.

As part of the governments lifetime skills guarantee Purple Beard skills bootcamps last between 11 - 16 weeks with between 70% and 90% funding available for employers who refer their employees in eligible areas.

For employers and learners who don’t reside in the eligible areas for skills bootcamps our 11 to 16 weeks bootcamps are also available, so if you would like to find out more please get in touch with Purple Beard today.

Also setting a strong foundation for their careers is our apprenticeship scheme where individuals gain practical skills and knowledge whilst working in a real job. These apprenticeships can last between minimum of 372 days and up to 6 years depending on the level the apprentice is taking.
