| Industrial Immersion Heaters |
Our range of industrial immersion heaters are specially designed for commercial
environments, unlike domestic immersion heaters our industrial versions have the
ability to heat large volumes of fluid.
Industrial immersion heaters are ideal for:
- The regulation of fuel temperatures
- Food production and brewing
- Pharma- & chemical-industry handling of product and ingredient temperatures
- To stop the freezing of pipes in sewage and plumbing.
We stock a wide range of industrial immersion heaters ready for immediate
dispatch, however where required they can be customised for different voltage or
wattage (with a 2 week turnaround time).
| Acid and Alkali Immersion Heaters |
If you are working with substances that have a PH level less than 7, these
fluids are classed as acidic. If the pH level is greater than 7, these are
classified as Alkali. Our complete range of VAT heaters can be used to heat mild
acids and alkali.

Alkali and Acid immersion heaters are available with a range of sheath materials
that offer different acidic resistances, these include Carbon Steel, Incoloy
800, 316 Stainless Steel, Titanium and Teflon. Find out which acid immersion

| Industrial Air Duct Heaters |
We supply air conditioning (HVAC), heating and ventilation engineers and
companies with industrial electric air duct heaters. Some of our heaters are
used for comfort heating in commercial and industrial premises.
Industrial air duct heaters can be supplies with full-case rectangular, circular
or square shapes, or as stab in heaters. They can also be supplied with a
weatherproof terminal enclosure.
| ATEX Immersion Heaters |
Our range of ATEX immersion heaters conform to two EU standards, the Equipment
Directive 94/9/EC and the Use Directive 1999/92/EC. ATEX immersion heaters are
explosion and flame combustion proof, they are specially designed to work in
hazardous and potentially explosive environments.

Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. We were looking for both power, low watt density to avoid charring and ability to easily remove for cleaning and maintenance. They look good and work great!

Fantastic service and advice from Process Heating Services and the team - what they don’t have they can get and get made, but the best thing is they can give you advice on your project and help you realise it. We are very happy with the immersion elements we've purchased from you (2 18KW incoloy elements for use in a brewery setting). They get heavy use, and after 6 years on the one and 1 year on the other they both work as well as the day we installed them. The outer cover gets quite a bit of spray and we've never had any water intrusion. Combined with the service we received on ordering, and the price point, we really couldn't be more happy. Thank you.
