We design and manufacture heating control systems for multi-occupancy dwellings such as student accommodation, hotels, hostels and holiday parks. Our controls don't restrict heat, but ensure energy isn't used unnecessarily, by turning heat input down when windows are open or rooms are empty. We currently control close to 100,000 student rooms making energy savings of up to 50% in many cases.
