sheet metal products by carrying out processes such as precision
stainless steel fabrication,
bespoke sheet metal bending, precision laser cutting and CNC punching. We are totally committed

Precision Stainless Steel Fabrication
Carlton Laser are pleased to be able to offer a full in-house
precision stainless steel fabrication service and sheet metal
assembly service. Our precision sheet metal fabrication services
include bespoke sheet metal bending, machining, fitting, assembly,
MIG and TIG coded welding.
We aim to be your single source for manufacturing, offering reduced
lead times and a low unit cost per fabricated part. Our highly
skilled fabrication team can undertake the most complex projects and
complete them to the highest standards.
Bespoke Sheet Metal Bending
Carlton Laser has a full range of metal forming facilities including
CNC folding and sheet metal bending machines. Our top of the range
machine is the Colgar/Starmatik Robotic Folding Cell. Bespoke sheet
metal bending is available thanks to our 125 ton high precision
pressbrake.
CNC Punching
Our continued investment in state of the art equipment means that
CNC punching will always be one of the mainstays of our
manufacturing processes. High speed, accuracy and efficiency are our
key words, and with that combination we are able to offer our customers
an extremely cost effective service.

Precision Laser

Carlton Laser have automated laser cutting machines capable of very
sophisticated and individually programmable machining. We are able
to work from your drawings, or even just a part. In fact we can
tackle jobs most others would find difficult.
Assembly
We offer a full in house assembly service as a value added service
which includes assembly, bonding, labelling, inserts, hinge
building, spring mechanisms, grommets, bench work and mechanical
assemblies.
Polishing &
Finishing
At Carlton Laser we understand that our customers do not want a
partly finished product or component. We have a number of
capabilities to both polish and finish components. The Kuhlmeyer
polishing machine is extremely flexible and can be used to provide
high quality finishes for components of various shapes and sizes.
This allows us to provide manual coarse grinding, fine satin
finishing and to polish surfaces to a very smooth finish.

Our Technical Sales and Estimating Team have the knowledge and
expertise to both advise and help on design issues to provide robust

Once the order has been placed it is then passed on to the
Engineering Team who have the skills and experience to work to the
customer's specifications and engineer the manufacture of their
products to the highest standards possible.
