PJP supply conveyors on an individual basis to meet the specific material
handling requirements of each business. Our approach is collaborative and
flexible, we work with you from the initial design stage all the way through to
manufacture and ongoing system maintenance.
Our range of conveyors is diverse with many options available, from complex
conveyor systems with integrated equipment through to small simple conveyors.
PJP's range includes roller conveyors and belt conveyors along with their many
variants. We also manufacture and implement chain & slat conveyors, pallet
stackers, different types of lifts, turntables, chutes… the list goes on.
Pallet Conveyors
Our pallet roller conveyors are designed to handle and transport heavy, large
and unwieldy loads. Powered by rollers they carry palletised products with a
range of capacities, from several thousand kilos to empty pallets.
Pallet roller conveyors by PJP are very energy efficient and manufactured in the
UK from our world class facility.
Warehouse Conveyors
Designed to streamline processes, and manufactured using carefully sourced high
grade stainless steel or mild steel, our warehouse belt conveyors will
effortlessly transport goods and materials within a facility.
Belt conveyors are an essential system for modern warehousing, they provide an
efficient and reliable method of moving items across a wide range of distances.

Breakdowns
In the event of a breakdown you can be assured that our engineering team will be

Our engineering team are vastly experienced and work with all known conveyor
system manufacturers.
Spare Parts
PJP recommend our clients hold stock of spare parts in-case of a breakdown, if
parts are held on site most breakdowns can be repaired with one engineer visit.
We stock, supply and install a massive range of both electrical and mechanical
OEM parts, we even have the capability to manufacture our own parts when
required.
