How it works • We contract with you, the client, to provide services and engage the operatives on a self-employed basis to work for Ontime contracts. • We invoice you weekly for all services rendered for a rate agreed between ourselves, due and payable on receipt. • When we receive payment for the services from you, we'll deduct our margin and any tax and then pay the operatives directly. • We verify the operatives CIS status with HMRC and apply the correct tax rate (20% or 30%). • Operatives will receive receipt of monies on a nominated day, directly into their bank account via BACS. We contract with the operatives and we take on the risk of a status challenge and employment law claims.
