Mintdale Engineering established in 1976 by the current Managing Director Mr Chris Toyne and his wife Christine, they were later joined by their son Jason who is now the Production Manager and his wife Julie. Over the years they have moved from producing one off specials to medium volume automated production. Investing in the very latest CNC technology they now have Turning Centres with sub-spindles with live tooling and magazine bar feeds to enable one hit machining. They have machining centres with rotary axis for those complex machined items. Also clean medical assembly, brazing and induction brazing to medical standards. A quality management system was installed in 1993 which has been upgraded to ISO9001-2008 and we are due to work towards ISO2001-2015. They are subcontract manufacturers of turned and milled components to all industries and provide clean assembly for the medical industry. Working to customers drawings and working in most metals and plastics they can produce items at one-hit without complex jigs and fixtures adding to the cost and lead time. Producing items for the Medical, Brewery, Aircraft, Shop fitting and Office furnishing industries to name a few, components are not only correct to drawing but they also need to look good.
