| Polishing |
When it comes to the polishing of metals we can accommodate for most item sizes
and can polish a wide range of metals including Aluminium, Steel, Stainless
Steel, Brass and more. Various finishes are available all the way up to a mirror
polish, where required we also have the capabilities to offer an onsite
polishing service.
| Graining |
Graining is available to various grades, from the finest to the roughest on
formed pieces, tubing and flat plates in Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass or
Aluminium. If practical, graining can be performed on site. Our grinding service
produces a directional, uniform texture ranging from coarse industrial grain to
near polished, dependant on your requirements.
Typically positioned as a finishing stage after fabrication and blasting,
Graining is often used to improve the appearance of various items like
Enclosures and Covers, Architectural Features, Stainless Steel Panels and other
products where visual quality is important.
| Blasting |
Blasting is a key surface preparation technique for refurbishment and
manufacturing. Metal Transformations offer bead or shot blasting on products of
various sizes. By firing high speed abrasive media at the surface, we are able
to strip away any contaminants like old coatings, grease and rust, leaving the
surface clean and ready for further processing.
