are specialist cleanroom plastic moulders, we have the expertise to take your
product no matter how complex, from concept to full production. Established in
2015 our main focus was on cleanroom manufacture of medical devices & any
associated products.
Using our state-of-the-art equipment we have the capabilities to process a
diverse range of plastic materials including ABS, TPE, Polycarbonate,
Polyethylene, TPEE, PEEK, Polystyrene, COC, SAN and Polysulfone.

Injection Moulding Equipment
We are continually investing in the most modern and best equipment to produce
our medical injection moulded products. Our machines range from as high as 150
tonne to as low as 50 tonne, we guarantee that your precision parts will be
manufactured to your exact requirements.
Medical Injection Moulded Products
Medical products we injection mould include syringes, spatulas, dispensers,
mixing bowls and any kind of over moulding. We produce bespoke injection moulded
medical parts designed by our clients. Parts can be produced in most engineering
materials with a surface area of 120cm2 and a weight of up to 232g.
| Medical Syringes |
Using customer owned tooling we can manufacture bespoke syringes for the
veterinary and medical industries. Medical Moulded Products Ltd can produce
complete medical syringes with the plunger and associated parts fully assembled,
we can also custom print your logo and scale.
Various colours and materials can be used in the production of medical syringes.
You can rest assured that any clear colour you choose will not discolour from
gamma radiation. Based on your required design, medical syringes can be produced
from 1cc to 50cc and are available in small batches from 500 upwards.
| Dental Products |
All dental products will be manufactured exclusively for you from tooling owned
by you. Dental products can be produced to UPS class 6 from a wide selection of
medical grade materials. In order to ensure your dental products have been
correctly designed for injection moulding, we can take your unique design and
help with the finer details.
You have the option of procuring your own tooling where MMP will work with your
toolmaker, or you can purchase your tooling directly from us where MMP will take
responsibility for the entire design and production process.
| Mixing Bowls |
By using medical grade colourant, mixing bowls can be manufactured in any colour
up to 18cm2. Mixing bowls are specifically designed for medical, veterinary and
dental sectors, they can be produced in any shape required as we work from your
product design.
MMP produce mixing bowls using cleanrooms, well trained staff and the latest CNC
equipment. We are happy to manufacture short runs from 250 upwards. Larger
volumes are available but may require tooling, please get in touch with any
enquiries.
| Plastic Spatulas |
We manufacture plastic spatulas from any USP Class 6 materials or medical grade
polystyrene suitable for use in veterinary, surgery or dentistry industries.
Plastic spatulas are primarily used for mixing pastes or liquids, they are
custom made to your design, MMP can step in and help with the design where
required.
If you require spatulas that are to be used at elevated temperatures, MMP can
produce them using high heat grade materials. To keep the cost competitive on
high volume production runs tooling can be made as a multi impression. Small
runs of 500 upwards are also available.
| Overmoulding |
When it comes to the overmoulding of metal, plastic and almost all non-plastic
materials in a class 5 or class 7 cleanroom, Medical Moulded Products Ltd are
the experts. To ensure your design meets the needs of injection moulding, MMP
are always on hand to help, we can even produce the tooling for you and take
full responsibility all the way through to your approval.
To validate the strength of bond on finished overmoulded products, MMP even have
torque test equipment. If you are looking for an overmoulding expert that you
