Machining
Our purpose built factory in Croydon, Kent has the capability and ability to machine complex 3 Axis components up to 1200x600x600mm and 5 Axis components up to 800x800x550mm. Our strategic technology partner GF Machining Solutions have equipped us with the latest Multi Pallet Machining technology.

Our machining services include:

Fabrication
We have been working with sheet metal for over 50 years, using our experienced staff and extensive knowledge, we are and to produce intricate and complex components to the highest standard quickly, efficiently and accurately using both modern and traditional technologies.

Water Jet Cutting
GASE Engineering can cut almost any material (metal, glass, foam, rubber, composites) thanks to our 2 OMAX waterjet cutting machines with an operating envelope of up to 1400mm x 2500mm and a thickness range of 0.2 - 130mm.

Quality Assurance

Our products and services are designed to exceed the expectations of our clients. To ensure this happens we have various quality management approvals including BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BS EN 9100:2018 (AS9100 Rev D).

Inspection
We are continually investing in the latest measuring equipment to support process verification. Our recent investments include Trimos digital height gauges, a wide range of hand held measuring equipment, shadowgraphs and a number of Mitutoyo Crysta - Apex Co-ordinate measuring machines. Any measuring equipment we use is traceable to international and national standards.
