Fitted new lock mechanism. We phoned as the door lock was getting more difficult to open. Arrived within 2 hours. Fitted a temporary lock as had to order parts. Came back to fit new lock mechanism when stated. Price agreed on first visit was the price that was paid. The job was carried out courteously and efficiently and we are very happy with the standard of work. Would recommend.

Jammed lock. John arrived on time as promised, efficiently removed the jammed lock. Friendly, explained the problem, replaced the lock and mechanisam. Provided advice and carried out additional work as requested. Work carried out to a good standard, cleaned after himself. Professional, reasonable price and accepted card payment. COVID secure, was wearing a mask and provided electronic receipt. Recommended.
