established laser profiling business that offers complete metal fabrication and
cutting solutions to customers throughout the UK.
With over 30 years’ experience within the fabrication and laser cutting industry
we have become a key supply chain partner to a wide range of clients based in
Bristol, Newport, Gloucester, Swindon, Cardiff, South Wales and the South West.
Offering customers complete value for money in terms of customer service and

| Fabrication |
For over 30 years Laserit have been supporting our clients with a wide range of
fabrication services, from medium to light size fabrications ranging from
complex fully welded assemblies through to the simplest weld nut fittings.
We offer full fabrication and assembly, rolling, Tig/Mig/Alu welding as ongoing
processes. Via our approved and trusted suppliers we are also able to offer
electrophoretic coating, powder coating, galvanizing, wet paint application and
zinc plating.

Oil & Gas and Automotive industries.
Materials:
When it comes to fabrication we are able to work with an extensive range of
materials including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Titanium, Corten and
Hardox.
Robot Welding:
In addition to bespoke & sheet metal fabrications we also have the capabilities
to provide a robot welding service. Robot welding enables us to offer our
customers exceptional welding accuracy and repeatability on production parts.
| Jig & Fixture Design |
We have been designing and manufacturing bespoke fixtures and jigs since the
1980's. This is an additional in-house capability that ensures our fabrication
processes are efficient, tolerance repetitive and uniform.
| Laser Cutting/Profiling |
For laser cutting and profiling we currently utilise two CO2 3015 6kw bed size
lasers. We combine our machinery with the very latest CadCam software which
enables us to react efficiently and quickly to customers’ requirements.
Laserit have the capabilities to cut Aluminium up to 12mm thick, Stainless and
Mild Steel up to 20mm thick. To help minimise lead times we keep stock of the
most commonly used materials.
