we provide a range of encasement systems from pipe
boxing and radiator guards through to column and
perimeter casings. Depending upon the application the
profiles are manufactured from a range of different
materials including pre-formed plywood, Stainless,
aluminium, GRG and GRP. Powder coated or galvanised
ducting is also available for both above and below
ground applications.

Our range of aluminium
radiator guards fall into 2 categories, those for
external applications and those for internal. Below you
will find information on some of our most popular
aluminium radiator guards:
Anti-ligature radiator guards
This range has been specially designed to give extra
protection for vulnerable people. Features include
sloping sills, fully rounded corners and edges, widely
spaced vents and the option of manufacture from extra
thickness gauge material for added burn protection.
Floor Ducting
Our floor ducting range of aluminium radiator guards
compliment our steel pipe boxing by keeping all Pipework
hidden from view, they also provide protection from hot
surfaces and other dangers for vulnerable people.
Bespoke LST Radiator Guards
If you require a non standard radiator guard then our
bespoke range are perfect for you. Our bespoke range can
be manufactured in all shapes and sizes, including
curved guards for window bays, free standing or raised
guards or anything you require.
| Steel Radiator Guards |
Manufactured from mild steel, our radiator guards are
designed to protect the vulnerable from the radiators
hot surface. Our steel radiator guards have been
specially designed to ensure no one will get trapped up
against them or hurt when brushing up against the
radiator.
You don't need to worry about any heat loss, our steel
radiator guards have been extensively tested to ensure
heat loss is minimal, in some tests users even felt that
there was more heat when in a close proximity.

Pipework systems throughout properties are complex and
very important, however they can become very large after
insulation and need covering.
At Jtech Services we specialise in the manufacture of
steel pipe boxing for these large scale applications. Our
steel pipe
boxing can also be constructed in aluminium, both
of which are resistant to fire and come with a powder
coated finish that is an FR grade.
Our steel pipe boxing can be used for internal and external
projects, they are very robust to with stand continual
traffic that can take place in areas like public housing
schemes.
| Plywood Pipe Boxing |
Probably the most well known and asked for systems that
we supply are pre-formed plywood pipe boxing. This
boxing is supplied with a pre finished white veneer so
painting is not necessary, however an extra coat of
coloured paint can really add to the aesthetic of the
plywood pipe boxing.
