We are BSI registered and have a fully equipped tool room that consists over 25 state of the art precision moulding machines that range from 25-850 tonnes.

    From the initial design stage to the manufacturing stage JKL Mouldings will work alongside you every step of the way guiding you through the life cycle process.

    Design for Manufacture


    Our product design team will conduct a comprehensive review of your component in order to assess its suitability for injection moulding.

    Tooling design will then be carried out using both 2D and 3D software using the JKL tooling standards.

    Next the manufacture of tooling along with any tool trials will be conducted.

    We provide a full tool shipment service using either Air or Sea freight with normal delivery times of around 6 weeks.

    Once the parts have been approved your tooling will be handed over to our production team for mass production.

    With vast experience in a wide range of engineering polymers JKL regularly undertakes the manufacture of plastic components serving a wide variety of industrial and commercial sectors.

    We have to date 25 state of the art moulding machines ranging from 25 to 850 tonne capacity so we are well placed to provide a highly efficient and consistent plastic component production service.

    Whether your plastic component requirements are 100 or over 100 thousand we are well equipped to handle all sizes of production needs.

    JKL has over 20 staff placed in individual workstations with an objective to provide the best assembly service possible.

    We have a 2000 sq. meter warehouse facility based near the A690 in Durham making us ideally placed to provide the whole of the UK and beyond with an extensive and reliable delivery service.
