product quality has helped us achieve sustained growth. Based in Northwich,
Cheshire, we are proud to offer out subcontract CNC machining service
nationwide.
Being a leading UK subcontract manufacturer, we can produce assembly parts and
machined components in both low and medium quantities. For larger quantities, we
can schedule these monthly to meet any requirements our clients may have. JEB
Precision have the capabilities to produce precision components in a wide range
of materials including engineering polymers, non-ferrous metals and stainless
steel.
All components we manufacture are assembled with bought out parts and cleaned,
providing clients with a single source of supply, eliminating any potential
problems faced with multi sourcing.

facilities. We have a wealth of experience supplying the scientific instrument
sector with component sub-assemblies. All components are cleaned in our 7-stage
aqueous ultrasonic systems.
We aim to be your single source supply, combining clean assembly, machining,
welding and vacuum leak checking facilities, JEB are your one stop shop for the
vacuum science and scientific instrument industries.

CNC Turning & Milling
When it comes to CNC milling and turning, we use the latest CNC machining
technology. Our engineering facility is modern and fully equipped with a
comprehensive CNC milling and turning section. We currently have 9 CNC lathes
for turning and embrace the latest 5 axis machining technology for milling.
Wire Erosion
Our extensive CNC turning and milling facility is complemented by our expertise
in wire EDM machining. Our team of engineers are highly skilled and experienced,
they have the aptitude needed to manufacture even the most complex components to
exacting standards.
TIG Welding
When it comes to TIG welding, our experienced team have over 25 years’
experience, carrying out TIG welding for a wide range of customers in the
Scientific Instrument sector. We have produced everything from vacuum housings,
feedthrough flanges, bellow assemblies and manifolds to viewports, elbow,
tailpieces and many more components for UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) applications.
Vacuum Leak Checking
For vacuum leak checking we operate a Leybold Oerlikon Phoenix L300i vacuum leak
detection system. Our L300i has the capability to leak check down to 1 x 10-12
mbar L/S. For verifying weld integrity on fabrications, we utilise our helium
leak detection system.
