injection moulded plastic components and injection moulded small parts, we also
offer a first-class tool modifications service to companies throughout the UK.
Serving various industries including industrial, automotive, medical, domestic
and aerospace, we provide clients with rapid turnaround of tooling design &
manufacture.
We mould start-up production batches and samples in-house from our 150 square
meter facility located in Wickford.

Using our state-of-the-art injection mould machines, we specialise in
manufacturing injection moulded plastic components in sizes from 22 ton to 480
ton. Whether you require injection moulded small parts, full production or tool
trials, Wickford Mould and Tool cater for all customer requirements.
| Tool Modifications Service |
Wickford Mould and Tool have the capabilities to offer a mould tool modification
service. Whether you need mould tool alterations for fit or purpose, a tool
laser welded, or tool inserted and re-machined for flash or damage issues, we
have the machinery and skilled staff to do it.
Tool repair and modification services available:
Tool Modification
Altering part markings, adjusting fits, adding ribs etc.
Tool Repairs
Repairing hot runner systems, replacing broken pins and ejection, welding and
re-machining damage and much more.
Tool Service
We can check gas vents, shut offs, hot runner system, ejection and more.
All of our tool modification services are carried out in our in-house tool room.
Before returning your tool, we can trial any modifications if required.

With over 100 years’ experience in tooling, we can manufacture mould over,
unscrewing and multi cavity tooling in either pre toughened or hardened inserts.
Tool making is available for a wide range of industries including medical,
automotive and domestic.
