They seem fine and I would recommend them. When it's warm the aircon is fab and in winter if there is only me in the house, I use them to just heat the one room instead of putting the heating on in all the rest of the house. They only take about 10 mins to heat the lounge and take the chill off.

Just to confirm our first three air conditioning units have been fine since we had them installed around seven years ago and the one we had two years back has also performed to our required levels. The service received has also been up to the standard we would expect. In fact my wife has said on many ocassions "the only thing she would ever borrow money for would be air conditioning" and our gransons, who play rugby, would endorse that. They regularly sit near the lounge unit to cool down when they call in after a hard training session!
