Hygienic Fittings, Valves, Hose & Fabrication
Dixon offers the right connection for your hygienic process; from stainless
steel hygienic fittings and adapters to food/beverage standard hose assemblies
and actuated valves. Dixon hose assemblies are FDA approved offering odourless
and taste free properties suitable for the transfer of liquid foodstuffs.
Fittings are available ex-stock, we offer same day
and next day delivery on most standard actuated valves, hose assemblies and
custom fabrications subject to customer requirements.
Hoses & Hose Assemblies
Dixon are premium manufacturers of hose assemblies built to customer orders
including Metallic, Composite, Rubber, PTFE, Silicon and Food and Beverage hose
assemblies.
Quick Release Couplings
Dixon's complete range of quick release couplings is precision designed and
engineered to the highest specification. These couplings are available in a
range of sizes and materials and are interchangeable with many existing
manufacturer. Dixon also supply a range of dry disconnect couplings.
Dixon Tanker Products
The Bayco product range consists of Petroleum and Dry Bulk tanker fittings,
Adaptors, Valves, Nozzles and the FloTech branded tanker overfill prevention
system. Dixon FloTech manufactures a full range of sensors, monitors and sockets
compatible with other leading brand systems.

Quality Standards & Continuous Improvement
Our manufacturing and engineering facilities are approved by BSI and comply with
ISO 9001 requirements and can design and produce individual customised products
to find solutions customer's fluid & air handling problems.
Dixon offers bespoke in-house 3D design and an engineering department that can
help with your most challenging applications.
We are now certified to Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC to manufacture
flexible hose assemblies. Notified Body: Lloyds Register Quality Assurance,
Identification No: 0038
Warehousing
Our large warehouse facility in Preston Lancashire holds approximately �3million
worth of stock to ensure we can meet a customer's demand and is located within
close proximity to prime transport systems.
