Casting
Plexnetic can cast components from silicone, epoxy resin and urethane systems.
For best material performance all of our parts are produced using vacuum casting
methods. We often carry out resin casting to produce isolating bushes,
non-critical structures and insulation bodies.
Rapid Prototype
For small or scale first off prototypes we utilise 3D printing technology to
assist us in low-cost mould tool solutions. We have the capabilities to produce
parts up to 200mm3.
Mould Tool Design
Utilising the latest 3D and CAD design software Plexnetic design bespoke mould
tool solutions to encapsulate components.
