Aeroflex Hose & Engineering were
established in 1980, we quickly established ourselves as a UK market leader in
the distribution, design and development of high pressure industrial gas hoses,
high pressure cylinder connectors and specialist hose assemblies for use in
critical applications and some of the most aggressive environments.

We offer a variety of products to suit various industries:
Aerospace & Defence
Aeroflex started out supplying all flexible hoses of all types to aerospace
industries and the UK Ministry of Defence. We extended our services to both the
Air Force and Navy, supplying hoses for hydraulic applications for support and
fighting vehicles.
Gas
We have developed an extensive range of high-pressure industrial gas hoses
ranging from cryogenic hoses to 420 bar oxygen and 750 bar oxygen hoses for
liquid transfer. To complement our range of gas hoses we also offer custom high
pressure cylinder connectors, manifold headers, heat sinks and swivels.
Automotive
Aeroflex supply fluid transfer products for brake, steering and fuel systems, as
well as engine transmissions for off and on road specialist vehicles. When it
comes to bespoke products, we have the capabilities to deliver PPAP
requirements.
Instrumentation & Control
We not only supply a range of flexible vacuum and pressure hoses for use on load
cell applications and temperature/pressure transmitters, but we custom design
and manufacture manual and automated modular fluid control units to suit unique
client-specific applications.
Medical & Healthcare
For the medical and healthcare sectors we delivery high pressure connectors and
hoses for medical oxygen filling. Our state-of-the-art automated cleaning system
is utilised to deliver ultra-high purity cleaning through particle analyses and
ultrasonics. Specialised products for other care applications like life support
and in-theatre are also available.
Marine
Delivering flexible high-pressure hoses for hydraulic control, propulsion,
fuel and HVACR applications. For submersibles and surface fleet we also offer
high purity breathing air equipment and level 1 couplings.
Power Generation
Aeroflex have the capabilities to product products for turn-key applications, we
supply high pressure cylinder connectors and flexible hoses for conveying
cooling water, fuel and steam, applications.
HVAC
For the HVAC sector we supply a range of hoses including loose hose fitting
systems and factory-made stainless steel vibration eliminators giving installers
the ability to make-to-fit on-site.
Chemical & Process Industries
Aeroflex design high pressure industrial gas hoses for conveying volatile
gasses, as well as flexible hoses and connectors for conveying liquids in
extreme working environments.
