still be run and managed by the same family. We specilaise in high precision CNC
milling and CNC machining of parts, tools, marking punches & dies. Whether you

Our skilled team can machine components to your individual specifications.
Components can be machined in a wide range of materials including stainless
steel, soft and hard tool steels, aluminium, carbon steels, brass, copper and
even exotic alloys. We can source any materials you require for your components
or you can provide it yourself.
All components we produce are inspected to high standards at our in-house
inspection department. We use state-of-the-art measuring devices and CNC
co-ordinate measuring machines that are calibrated in line with our ISO 9001
accreditation.

Turned Components
Our 2 axis CNC lathe allows us to turn components up to 400mm x 750mm from
customer supplied drawings or CAD data. Whilst our 3 and 5 axis CNC milling
machines can be used to perform any further operations that are required.
3D Machining
For the press tooling industry we can machine most 3D shapes to high tolerances
in a wide variety of materials.
Castings
Castings can be machined in materials including cast iron, brass, aluminium and
steel to suit customer specifications.
Inspection Gauges &
Fixtures
Cope Precision are able to manufacture everything from large complex multi axis
gauges to small simple inspection gauges. Gauges can be manufactured up to 2m in
length.
Forging Dies, Stamping
Dies and Moulds
We have been manufacturing dies for well over 50 years. Originally we produced
dies for the Jewellery and car badges industry, now we manufacture ancillary
tools and dies for the hot brass stamping, moulding and forging industries.
Marking Punches and
Embossing Tools
Since 1946 Cope Precision have been making quality embossing tools and marking
punches. Our embossing tools and marking punches are manufactured for a wide
range of industries that includes; Silversmiths, Toolmaking, Engineering
Products, Automotive, Safety Equipment, Catering, White Goods, Jewellery,
Promotional Giftware and more.
