Fabrication

Our fabrication service integrates design, folding, cutting and welding to deliver a comprehensive solution that is fully tailored to your unique needs. Punching

Utilising state-of-the-art advanced punching machinery, Henderson Fabrications can accurately punch shapes and holes into materials. We have the capabilities to create intricate and complex designs that maintain precision in every detail. Our CNC punching accommodates Aluminium, Copper and Mild Steels up to 6mm thick. Stainless Steel and Brass can be punched up to 3mm thick.

Laser Cutting

Thanks to the power of laser cutting, we can cut through a wide range of materials with precision, delivering clean edges and intricate shapes for you projects. From prototypes to mainstream production, our advanced laser technology allows for fast and accurate cutting with virtually no tooling costs and setup time. We can laser cut a wide range of materials including Brass, Stainless Steel and Aluminium.

Folding

Our folding process easily transforms flat sheets into complex shapes. Our CNC press brakes are versatile, they can handle sheets up to 3000mm long, offering extreme accuracy for laser cut or punched parts. To meet diverse project needs, Henderson Fabrications have over 10 machines all with touch screen controls.

Welding

We have a skilled team of welders that have the ability to join metals of all types. Our welding solutions offer strength, precision and durability during the assembly of your components. Our expert welders are adept at welding Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Mild Steel, employing ARC, TIG and MIG welding techniques to create sheet metal assemblies that stand the test of time.
