This data is available to all our clients via our website using their own password providing a unique insight with regards to the current condition of the lift and compliance with regulations. Guideline feel that Planned Preventative Maintenance is essential in order to reduce the number of callouts, breakdowns and subsequent downtime and as such we ensure that all our operatives are fully conversant with all types and makes of lift installations ranging from single lifts to group systems with full back up available at all times. As full members of the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA) we have access to spare parts and information from other member companies, we are also fully accredited to BS EN ISO 9001.
Our 24 hour/day, 365 days/year callout service is manned at all times only by directly employed Guideline personnel, this service is never outsourced or recorded messages used, again providing a ‘personal touch'.
