We produce a comprehensive range of cargo straps in various sizes 25mm, 35mm,
50mm and 75mm. Manufactured from our factory in Eastbourne, we manufacture these
either as a two part strap with end fittings, or as one part endless ratchet
straps.
GTF offer a range of everything from heavy duty ratchet straps to small ratchet
straps, including stainless steel straps, standard carbon steel straps and
plastic straps.

Bespoke Straps
Our experienced team can manufacture a compressive range of bespoke webbing tie
down straps with ergonomic reverse action, standard, stainless steel, or other
specialist ratchet buckles.
Quality
When it comes to manufacturing bespoke straps, GTF do not skimp on quality. We
only use the best webbing manufactured from high tenacity polyester, resistant
to mineral acids and UV stabilised. Many of our end fittings are manufactured
from boron steel wire, and to ensure manufacturing consistency are finished on
robotic welding machines. We source ratchet buckles from reputable manufactures
that we have worked with for years and trust.

We manufacture a comprehensive range of 50mm, 35mm and 25mm cam buckle straps.
Available with different colour webbings, a variety of end fitting and cam
buckles, our cam buckle straps are ideal for securing light goods on to pallets
or bundling items together.

To complement our range of ratchet straps, GTF offer a wide range of edge
protectors to protect cargo and strapping of all sizes during transportation.
Also known as corner protectors, cargo strap protectors or vee boards, these
durable protectors are essential within the cargo industry.
Our edge protectors reduce the risk of abrasions that can break or weaken
ratchet straps and provide an effective barrier against strap damage. As one of
the UK's leading suppliers GTF offer a diverse selection ranging from 2.4m to
50mm.
| Lifting Slings |
Our complete range of lifting slings have a safety factor of 7:1, round slings
conform to EN1492-2:2000 and our lifting slings in polyester to EN1492-1:2.
Made from high tenacity polyester yarn, our lifting slings are colour coded to
show their safe working load limit.

| One Way Lashings |
For an economical and fast way of securing cargo without having to invest in
strap assemblies and conventional ratchets, one way lashings are the answer.
One-way lashings are particularly important for regular large shipments where
the restraint equipment you use is never returned.
One-way lashings are designed to be cut; this is the only way to release them
when assembled correctly. We offer a range of buckles for one-way lashings,
including one-way buckles, one-way hooks, and ratchet tensioners.
