George Lambert & Son Ltd

In 1919 George Lambert founded his carrier business. With his Model T Ford he would meet the trains at the local station to collect all the groceries and other commodities for delivery to the surrounding village stores. Driving around the Sussex Villages George Lambert was often asked to move household goods and complete homes, so grew the removals side of the business.
