Excellent service, fitting a Mitsubishi Air Source heat pump. Expert installers Steve and Andrew had system working after two days, with minimal disruption despite fitting 13 radiators. FDG have been very responsive and helpful.

From start to finish the FDG team were fantastic, from initial advice to completion and beyond! We had a new air source pump and associated equipment as well as a complete solar array and solar boost system installed. The workmanship was exemplary, I've not seen better.

I had a fault with my remote control device which controls my Air Source Heat Pump installed by FDG. Steve came as soon as heard I was having a problem to ensure that the problem was resolved before Christmas. He quickly identified the problem and reset the device.

After trying a few companies (who ignored us or were priced higher with lower RHI) we found these guys and they have been amazing, the installation a year ago they worked around us while renovating our house, the unit it’s self is quiet and efficient. Our bills have reduced and are now very manageable and Steve came back and did our service recently and we’ll have them back to put some heaters on. I’d highly recommend them!

What can I say about Steve and the FDG team that hasn’t already been said! The installation was complicated and was made more difficult by me being Uber picky and changing my mind on locations for equipment in the middle of the job. The FDG team were great and accommodated all of our requests and changes. We are so pleased we recommended FDG to our parents and they are both now having an installation completed.
