PCB Assembly

We have multiple Yamaha-i-Pulse SMT placement machines to place even the most demanding components like 0201 component footprints, micro BGA's and fine pitch high pin count BGA's with repeatable accuracy and precision. To complement these our 8 Zone Reflow Oven and our full-vision automated Solder Paste Printer consistently ensure the highest quality populated printed circuit boards.

Through-Hole Component Assembly
Our comprehensive through-hole component assembly service is performed by our Blundell CMS400 wave solder machine, or our experienced hand assembly team that have been fully trained to IPC610-Class 3.
