Installation
To understand your situation and individual requirements, we first provide a comprehensive on-site evaluation to determine the perfect extraction system for your needs.

Extraction is about protecting those around you and yourself from harm, this is something our engineers take very seriously. Installation is carried out by fully trained and skilled individuals who are always on hand to help.

Servicing & Maintenance
Like all mechanical equipment if not regularly serviced, extraction systems can be susceptible to breakdowns. We offer a comprehensive maintenance and service package designed to ensure key system components, such as waste removal mechanisms and fans are regularly inspected.

Extractly have got you covered, from replacement parts and breakdowns to routine scheduled servicing.

LEV Testing
In order to comply with regulation 9 of the COSHH Regulations, every employer who provides fume or dust extraction equipment that controls substances hazardous to health, has a legal requirements to get the equipment tested and examined. LEV equipment must be kept in good repair, proper working order and an efficient state, thorough examinations should be carried out at least once ever 14 months.

Exactly offers LEV testing and will provide a comprehensive report for every LEV system examined upon completion. Our reports are in accordance with HSG258 (the current HSE Guide to Local Exhaust Ventilation).
