We offer a range of sub-contract EDM Services including CNC Spark Erosion and CNC Wire Erosion. Our EDM Services cover highly complex components for high tech industries through to simply removing a broken drill or tap from your work piece so whatever your needs we've got it covered.

Specialist EDM Manufacturing Services
CNC Wire Erosion and CNC Spark Erosion has now become one of the most widely used forms of machining for manufacturing precision and complex components.

Both techniques are extremely efficient at machining a vast range of materials including hardened steels and non-ferrous materials including but not limited to the following:

In House Tooling
With a dedicated tool room we manufacture all of the electrodes used on our spark erosion machines.

Our highly skilled engineers also produce tooling such as jigs and fixtures which we use to locate and hold in place the components we spark and wire erode making for the complete EDM manufacturing service.
