CNC Precision Machining
From a dedicated production facility containing up to date CNC Milling and CNC Turning Machinery, Manual Milling, Conventional Turning and Grinding machinery as well as a range of auxiliary equipment we are able to provide a complete precision engineering solution to meet all of your machined parts needs.

CNC Precision Milling
As specialists in CNC machining Evans Engineering Ltd uses the latest machining technology which means faster machining times, lower costs and prompt deliveries.

Our CNC milling capacity ranges from milling vertical and horizontal, high speed V.M.C. machining with pallet system capacity through to 4 & 8 axis machining all of which we regularly use to produce precision milled components within critical micron tolerances.

CNC Precision Turning
CNC Turning facilities include 4 Axis CNC capacity 9” with 65mm bar diameter and CNC lathes with 500mm diameter x 1.5m in length.

Conventional Machining
At Evans Engineering (NW) Ltd we use a range of conventional machinery alongside our CNC equipment to increase our flexibility which can often lead to significant time and costs savings.

This equipment is used regularly by our highly skilled toolmakers to produce jigs and fixtures which are used within our production facility, reducing both tooling costs and delivery times.

Fabrication
