Downs Asociates is an independant consultancy specialising in Project Management and Planning, also Event Management. Our principle partner has been the planner for some of the largest projects in this country during the last 15 years. We have worked in a wide variety of industries on IT, manufacturing and general business projects. We have also planned and managed major national events.
