High Volume Laser Cutting

Cut-Tec specialises in high-volume laser cutting. With three modern Bystronic laser systems, we have the flexibility and throughput to handle urgent and large-scale orders while maintaining exceptional precision and quality.

Running around the clock, our facility provides approximately 3,600 hours of laser cutting capacity each month, allowing us to deliver typical lead times of 2–3 days. Continuous investment - over £2 million in recent years - ensures our equipment remains at the forefront of laser cutting and engraving technology.

We process a wide range of materials including metals, wood, plastics, and acrylics.

Large Scale Laser Engraving

Our large-format laser engraving capability, with bed sizes up to 3000mm x 2000mm, allows us to produce detailed engraving on both small and oversized components.

As a non-contact process, laser engraving is ideal for delicate or intricate materials, delivering high precision without mechanical stress. With some of the largest engraving beds in the UK, we can work across metals, plastics, wood, and specialist materials upon request.

High-Volume Folding

Alongside our cutting and engraving services, Cut-Tec provides high-volume folding to support complete fabrication workflows. Using modern press brake technology, we deliver accurate and repeatable folds across a wide range of metals and thicknesses.

Our experienced team ensures consistency from first-off to full production runs, helping customers reduce secondary processing and streamline their supply chain. Whether simple brackets or complex folded components, we maintain tight tolerances and reliable turnaround times.
