Battery technologies we work with:
Alkaline
Alkaline batteries have a long shelf life and produce a high energy output. They
offer superior low temperature performance and good leakage resistance.
ATEX
ATEX batteries have built-in safety features that are designed to protect users
that work in hazardous conditions. ATEX batteries can be found in gas detectors,
air monitoring devices and lamps.
Lithium Ion
Lithium-ion batteries are low maintenance with high energy density, they
self-discharge in less than half that of a NiMH or Ni-Cd battery.
Lithium Polymer
Lithium polymer batteries have a cell thickness measuring as little as 0.039
inches (1mm), this allows equipment designers to use their imagination in terms
of size, shape and form.
Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH)
With an energy density of more than double a lead acid battery and 40% higher
than a Ni-Cd battery, NiMH batteries are used in many high current/high voltage
applications, and often used for satellite applications.
Zinc
Zinc batteries work in temperatures ranging from -5° C to +55° C. They have
shelf life of 2-3 years, and their relatively small form factor makes them ideal
for use in clocks, flashlights, electronic calculators, super 8 cameras,
portable TV's and much more.
