Phase 1 - Preliminary risk assessment
Phase 2 - Intrusive site works taking samples and log ground conditions
Phase 3 - Remediation strategy making the site safe for use
Phase 4 - Verification of all hazards in Phase 1 & 2 have been
effectively neutralised

We will only remediate a site if it is the only option available because it`s
quite costly. We believe in taking a risk based approach that is consistent with
regulatory requirements and as part of this we will consider sustainability.
We can also offer guidance on validating the work yourself to avoid the cost of
a specialist organisation like ourselves.
All of the work carried out by Castledine Environmental is in accordance with
the prescribed national standards.

Castledine Environmental Ltd carried out a phase 2 survey on one of our sites recently, they were very professional and explained the process to our site operatives clearly and carried out the sampling for any potential contamination.
