Darren was absolutely brilliant! We had a very uneven antique pine floor which needed to be sanded, filled and stained but were nervous about someone coming in and stripping it back to the point where it lost its character. Darren came over several times, listened, looked into solutions and gave us exactly what we asked for. He even mixed up a stain for us when we couldn't find the right colour. There was no fuss and it was perfectly tidy once finished too. I wish we had found more people like Darren to work on our house renovation! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Darren!

Sanding and varnishing a very difficult wood floor. Very expensive, very hard Brazilian cherry wood floor. Work proved difficult because the hardness of this kind of wood but they persevered to deliver a first class job. Were attentive to detail. I am absolutely thrilled with the end product.

Restore 3mm engineered wood floor after building works. Darren provided a sample of the potential finish that could be achieved on our floor which was ingrained with dust and multiple scratches from building works. Darren and his colleague arrived on time and worked until 7pm to get the job (buffing and re-oiling twice) done in one day (sensitive to the fact I am due to give birth any day). He was very personable, tidy, and respectful protecting all skirtings and surfaces prior to working, and I felt comfortable leaving them in my house alone. The floor is completely transformed, better than new. We cannot recommend highly enough.
