Observer, from BTI Computer Systems, is an automated monitoring system that remotely monitors a range of critical conditions in computer rooms, clean rooms and other critical facilities. If an alarm condition occurs the client can be immediately notified by email, pager or text message and thereby enabled to take appropriate action.
