Very friendly and helpfull staff. Showed me various sizes of lock-ups which helped me gauge which size was right for me. Other locations/companies i looked at didn't have on-site staff to offer guidance.

Carol and Dennis are absolutely brilliant nothing to much for them. Have used Big Padlock before and would definitely use them again and would also recommend to friends. Can't praise Carol and Dennis definitely go above and beyond.
