BDCE offers a complete range of precision cnc turning facilities ready to undertake any type of turning work that comes our way, from 1off through to 10,000 + off on our up to date multi bar feed CNC lathes.

We also use a range of conventional lathes which are more suited for one offs or prototype work so whatever your turning requirements are we will provide you with the perfect solution.

..Precision CNC Milling

Our manufacturing facility based in Ellesmere Port houses a range of vertical and horizontal precision cnc milling machines including both CNC and conventional with DRO enabling BDCE to offer a complete milling machining service to cover the whole of the country.

Milling capacity:

- 2 off CNC Wenlock V5/8 vertical milling machine with 4th axis capabilities
- Odessa CNC universal milling machine
- Matchmaker vertical Knee Type milling machine
- Conventional Elgar universal milling machine
- Astra horizontal milling machine
- 4th axis full contouring 8" chuck)

..Fabrication

BDCE also has the ability to offer a fabrication service including:

- Welding TIG, MIG, ARC for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Edwards True Cut Guillotine
- Pearson 70 ton press brake
