Electronics Corporation is a contract electronics manufacturing company that
provides a fast turnaround service for customers with Printed Circuit Board
Assembly requirements.
We design and manufacture a wide range of products from surface mount technology
and conventional through hole technology to mixed technology from either
procured or customers own free issue components.
As a quality manufacturer we are able to provide our customers with a medium
volume production service from our own manufacturing facility located near to
both the M1 and M62 which conveniently places us centrally for customers far and
wide.
Industry's and applications we serve include the RF, Fire Alarm, Mobile phone,
LED Lighting, Automotive, the Emergency Services and Leisure to name a few.
Services
Through
Hole Assembly
All boards from Apollo are machine or hand assembled then wave soldered with
leaded or lead free solder to the customers own specifications. Our team of
personnel are extremely experienced in through hole assembly.
Through hole assembly produces stronger
soldered joints and is often used on existing older assemblies, boards and power
boards that have multiple THT connectors.
Surface
Mount
Assembly
Surface mount assembly is performed via SMT (Surface Mount Technology). SMT
is a method which places 0402 - 0.4mm fine pitch components directly on
to the PCB surface using out automated machinery.
SMT offers good repeatability and was developed to help reduce the cost of
manufacturing due to the high level of automation.

Assembly Services
From board build only through to full turnkey manufacture Apollo offers a
comprehensive service in areas such as LED Lighting and RF.
Procurement
Components can either be procured by us or alternatively free issued.
Design
With an associated design house Apollo offers a full design and build service
from initial product concept through to manufacture and supply.
Test
Apollo can also offer a functional testing service which is normally carried out
on the customers own test jigs and specifications.
With a continual program of investment and improvement in manufacturing
