Sinotech are your global
sourcing gateway and a leading supplier of low cost, quality assured precision
components to the Engineering and Automotive sectors. All of our components are
sourced and supplied primarily from Asia from our carefully selected
manufacturing partners.
One of the best ways to cut costs on purchased products is to manufacture and
source parts from Asia instead of locally, in fact you can save up to 30% on
Asia sourced components
It may seem like a daunting task, but Sinotech Limited do all of the work for
you, we manage the entire end-to-end process from purchasing and manufacturing
all the way through to logistics and local delivery from our warehouse in
Leicestershire, UK.
We work closely with you to establish your specific requirements. After your
product specifications / designs have been confirmed, Sinotech will find our
most suitable partner factory by matching them to your needs, and then supply
you with an extremely competitive proposal.

Products & Services
Sinotech Limited offer a wide range of products and services that are all
available at competitive prices from our partners in Asia. Below are just some
of the processes available.
Aluminium Die Casting |
We offer both gravity die casting and pressure die casting, and work with a wide
range of Alloys including Aluminium, Zinc, Copper, Magnesium, Tin and Lead.
With gravity die casting the tooling costs are a fraction of the tooling costs
needed for high pressure die castings. It is also far cheaper than sand casting
for producing aluminium and zinc castings.
Gravity Die Casting Applications:
- Hydraulic: Medical, Sports Equipment and Marine Parts.
- Automotive Engines: Intake Manifolds and Cylinder Heads.
- Water Pumps: Electric Pump, Air Pump and Steeling Components.
Pressure die casting is more costly but the end result offers a good surface
finish with good dimensional accuracy. When compared to other casting methods
the requirement for post casting processing is significantly reduced, which can
lead to cost savings.
Pressure Die Casting Applications:
- Aerospace Castings
- Electronics Industry Cabinets
- Automotive Parts Including Manifolds, Wheels, Cylinder Heads and Blocks.
- Electric Motor Housings
- Kitchenware like Pressure Cookers
- Hardware Appliances Like Pluming and Pump parts.
Powdered Metal Components |
Sintered components are manufactured from powder metallurgy. Metal alloys like
brass, stainless steel, bronze, copper or iron are transformed into powder for
the metallurgy process. Powdered metal sintered components are high performance
parts with complex geometries that can also contain tailored material
properties.
Powdered metal components include gears, bearings, VVT components and structural
components. Whether it’s for eBikes, medical technology, robotics or conveyor
technology, powdered metal components can be produced for a wide range of
industries.
Cold Formed Parts |
With this high speed manufacturing process significant cost savings can be made
by talking machined components and re-designing them as cold formed parts.
Cold Forming Benefits:
Enhanced Characteristics
Cold forming can enhance the characteristics of products thanks to the metal
deformation process. Metal deformation results in improved grain structure,
whilst work hardening can also yield significant product performance
improvements.
Cost Savings on Materials
Compared to the traditional machining method, cost savings of up to 70% can be
achieved when manufacturing cold formed parts.
Production Costs Reduced
Due to the high speed of this manufacturing process production costs will be
reduced. Speeds range from 450 pieces per minute for large press work, to 10
pieces per minute for low volume work.
Surface Finish of High Quality
When compared to traditional machined surfaces you will notice a higher quality
surface finish on cold formed parts. With careful process and product design,
cold forming can eliminate the need for secondary operations like machining and
welding.
Precision Machined Components |
Over the years Sinotech have evolved into a flexible and fast supplier of
precision machined components for the automotive, general engineering and fluid
power industries. We take great pride in supplying precision machined parts to
customer specifications that are ISO9001:208 quality assured.
Sinotech have developed a reputation for providing precision turned parts both
efficiently and economically, from mass production quantities to prototypes. We
aim to be your first port of call for any precision machined components, and
would love the opportunity to quote your requirements.
