We were recommended by our longstanding builders to consult with Alexander James Associates about our plans to redevelop an old property we had just bought. From the beginning they were bright and enthusiastic and gave us real confidence about their ability to come up with a great design that would be in tune with our thinking. We were not disappointed, the plans were exactly what we were looking for, they had caught our vision entirely, and even added some of their own flair to the design. They have stayed close through the planning process and dealt with a number of small challenges and amendments along the way. The end result is great, just what we all imagined!
