Label Applicators
A L S offers a wide range of label applicators all of which have been created to
cover the needs of an equally wide range of factory production applications.
They offer ease of use, fast change-over and low maintenance.
They incorporate automatic product speed following that precisely adjusts the
speed of dispensing matching the products speed variance without changing the
label position.
Add-On Modules are also available for example where the direct wipe-on method is
not suitable, in which case we provide an add on applicator to meet your precise
application needs.
Other optional add-ons include IP65 protection for the protection against dust
and water etc.
ALS offers a 2 Year Warranty as standard right across the whole range of label
applicators.
Print and Apply Label Applicators
For businesses that have previously printed labels offline and now need to move
to the next phase of label printing ALS offers a range of print and apply outer
box labellers, on demand print and apply labellers and batch print and apply
labellers all of which are perfect for just that.
Typical uses include labelling outer cases where GSI barcodes and the older
ITF-14 barcodes which are required to identify and track with a serial shipping
container code.
Label Printing Software
To make the most of your label printers ALS offers a range of industrial
labelling software consisting or hundreds of built-in printer drivers. Easily
create GS1 barcodes with confidence knowing they will meet all of the relevant
compliancy requirements.
Drivers available include Datamax, Novexx, ICE, Avery, TEC, Zebra, Video Jet,
Sato and more.
Contract Labelling Service
ALS provides a highly efficient, fast and relaible contract labelling trade
service designed for promotional and over labelling tasks such as security
