Here at Zouch Converters, we have access to hundreds of different foams with special technical properties to suit the Healthcare and Medical sector. We also offer a whole range of medical grade pressure-sensitive adhesives which are Hypo-Allergenic, Gamma compatible, skin friendly and designed for medical or surgical use that can be laminated to the foams.
Zouch Medical & Healthcare foams offer superior performance and quality at a competitive cost in relation to other materials. They conform outstandingly well to body surfaces, provide cushioning and are very conformable for the human body, and above all do not irritate the skin.
Typical examples can be found in Suture pads, ECG Pads, Plasters, Ostomy devices, hospital devices such as foam swabs and wipes and many more medical and healthcare applications.
