Supaflex News and PR from Supaflex - Published 15 September 2015 Supply of a Magnetic Removable/Demountable Microbubble Air & Dirt Separator coupled with a 150 mm Duplex Filter with fine mesh basket inserts.
Towards the end of 2012 and into 2013, in the alterations to the Chilled Water Sytem, the Supaflex Division of Interflex Hose & Ltd, supplied a 150 mm Magnetic Removable/Demountable Microbubble Air & Dirt Separator coupled with a 150 mm Duplex Filter with fine mesh basket inserts to protect the system.

It was Designed by Roger Parker Associates and installed by Adcock Refrigeration to ensure system protection to a very high standard.

The Air Dirt separator is the most sophisticated model in the range, with 4 Magnetic Probes in the 150 mm unit and split base flanges so that the whole unit can periodically be completely dismantled and cleaned.

The Johnson & Matthey Plant, on the Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire borders at Royston, manufactures Catalytic Converters on the complex. Not long after, during March 2013 all Microbubble Air & Dirt Separator production was changed over from Carbon Steel to Stainless Steel.
